The financial and economic analysis of the Plemzavod “Taiegny” JSC

The goal of this job was the creation of methods to improve effectiveness of the non-core asset.

Within the framework of the job, a comprehensive diagnostics of the agricultural enterprise (breeding plant) was conducted. That included the work on analysis of the revenue and cost, the financial results and profitability. Measures were developed to increase efficiency.

Based on the conducted analysis, a non-core asset has been realized to a strategic investor.
