ARCO®, supervises the construction of production facilities and infrastructure as part of the Author's supervision of the general designer. Construction started in May 2023.

On March 20, 2024, ARCO® management visited the site of the plant under construction to assess compliance of the facilities under construction with the project documentation and to hold an interdepartmental meeting with representatives of the Customer, Technical Customer (Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation), General Contractor LLC Stellar Construction (Turkey), Astron Buildings LLC and representatives of subcontractors.
