Hencon Siberia LLC started the active phase of the project for the construction of a machine-building enterprise on the territory of SEZ Krasnoyarsk Technology Valley.

ARCO® company, which performs the functions of Technical Customer (construction control), General Designer (designer supervision), according to the previously announced plans, started on 01.07.2023 the construction of the first stage of Hencon Siberia machine-building enterprise for the production of specialized technological transport.

It should be reminded that Hencon Siberia LLC is the first company to receive the registration certificate of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation as a resident of SEZ Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley.

By the end of 2023, it is planned to perform all preparatory works and complete construction and installation works for Phase I below 0.000 level (including pile foundation, footings, etc.). In 2024, it is planned to complete 100% of general construction works, including installation of external and internal engineering networks, finishing works, installation of technological equipment, commissioning, and landscaping.
