Special Economic Zone of the Industrial Park "Technological Valley" in Krasnoyarsk.

On December 15, 2020 under the guidance of the Deputy Chairman of the Government Yury Trutnev a meeting of the working group on TOR and SEZ was held at which the creation of two special economic zones of industrial-production type - "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley" in Krasnoyarsk Krai and "Avangard" in Omsk were considered. The creation of the special economic zone "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley" is included in the complex investment project "Yenisei Siberia". The implementation of the project will allow to concentrate on a single site the production capacities in the field of aluminum industry and machine building. Within the framework of this SEZ by 2030 it is planned to create at least 1,300 jobs, to implement more than 16 billion rubles of investment. And on January 29, 2020 the Chairman of the RF Government M. Mishustin signed a Government Decree № 2332 of 29.12.20. On the creation of a special economic zone of the industrial and production type in the city district of Krasnoyarsk of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

ARCO is an engineering partner of three Krasnoyarsk resident machine-building enterprises which have signed preliminary agreements with the Krai Government on establishing new production facilities on the territory of the SEZ. According to the plan of implementation of the Government Decree No.2332 of December 29, 20, the ARCO project office has started basic engineering, collection of initial design data and other permitting materials which precede the construction process at the site.
