Scheduled works continue at the construction site of the resident of JSC Spetstekhnomash. Currently, the contractors have completed work on the external networks, the installation of internal engineering systems is being finalized. ARCO® has prepared reporting materials on fulfillment of Technical Conditions. Connection of the facility under construction to external networks and communications is being performed. Preparatory measures for acceptance of in-house cranes and their installation are being carried out. In accordance with the design solutions and design project the delivery of finishing materials is carried out. The contractor has started "rough" finishing works. Recall that the construction was started in July 2023. The planned date of commissioning of the facility is March 2025. Construction is carried out in accordance with the Schedule.
