Summarizing 2023.

During the first half of 2023, ARCO®, performing the functions of Technical Customer (Construction Control), prepared and conducted tender procedures for the selection of the General Contractor and subcontractors for all types of construction and installation works, carried out preparatory activities in the construction area, secured all approvals and permits, registered the construction of industrial facilities with the Service of State Construction Supervision and Housing Control of Krasnoyarsk region. Since July 1, 2023 construction of machine-building complexes of JSC Spetstekhnomash and LLC Hankon Siberia has started.

In December 2023, a permit for the construction of an aluminum recycling metallurgical plant Fabrika Feniks LLC was obtained. Currently, preparatory measures and works are being carried out to start construction on the leased site.

SEZ PPT Kulibin (Nizhny Novgorod Region).

The company RusSilica LLC, which became a resident of the special economic zone "Kulibin" (Nizhny Novgorod), started construction of a plant for the production of stable silicasols and micronized silica gels in May 2023. The project documentation was developed by ARCO®. Within the framework of this project realization ARCO®. provides author's supervision over the facilities under construction.
