SEZ PPT Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley. Creation of the Supervisory Board.

According to the article 103 of the Krasnoyarsk krai Charter, a part 5 of the article 7 of the Federal law № 116-FZ of 22.07.2005 "On Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation", the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2020 № 2332 "On creation of the Special Economic Zone of Industrial and Manufacturing Type in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk krai Urban District", the control body - the Supervisory Board of the Special Economic Zone of Industrial and Manufacturing Type "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley" has been created. The Supervisory Board includes representatives of the regional government, Federal and regional Ministries, UC Rusal and others. ARCO General Director A.M. Beleev was also included in the composition of the Supervisory Board (Order of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Government of 11.06.2021 № 363-p).

In accordance with the Federal law from 22.07.2005 № 116-FZ "About Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation", the Governmental order of the Russian Federation from 29.12.2020 № 2332 "About creation in the city district of Krasnoyarsk of Krasnoyarsk territory of the special economic zone of industrial-production type", article 103 of the Charter of Krasnoyarsk territory, considering the order of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation from 11.02.2021 № 65 "About transfer to the Government of Krasnoyarsk territory of separate powers on management of special economic zone of industrial-production type "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley", created in the territory of the city district of Krasnoyarsk Krasnoyarsk region" the Expert Council (Order of the Government of Krasnoyarsk region from 11.06.2021 № 402-p).
