Conducting basic engineering of the projects of the first candidates for inclusion in the residents of the SEZ Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley.

As we informed earlier, ARCO is an engineering partner of two Krasnoyarsk resident-companies (LLC Henkon Siberia and JSC Spetstekhnomash) which signed with the region Government preliminary Agreements on carrying out industrial and production activities in the SEZ "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley" and implementation of projects on new production facilities construction. According to the plan of implementation of the Government Decree № 2332 of 29.12.20 ARCO project office continues works on basic engineering, collection of initial data for design and other permission materials (engineering surveys, specifications, etc.) preceding the process of construction at the site.

As part of the work carried out sketch designs of future enterprises have been developed, which allowed to carry out an assessment of capital investment and justify the timetable for the implementation of the construction project.

ARCO specialists support companies at all stages of preparation, justifying the feasibility, budgetary and social efficiency of the projects planned for implementation. Business plans are developed in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from 23.03.2006 N 75 (ed. from 05.04. 2018) "On approval of forms of business plans submitted for the conclusion (amendment) of agreements to conduct industrial and production (technology-innovative) activities, the criteria for selecting banks and other lending institutions for the preparation of opinions on business plans, the criteria for evaluating business plans conducted by the Expert Council on Technology-Innovative Special Economic Zones" (registered with the Russian Ministry of Justice on 10.04.2006 N 7671).

In the near future the Expert Council for Special Economic Zones of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region will consider the applications of residents and materials prepared by ARCO.
