Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ. New resident LLC Factory Phoenix.

As we have already reported, Phoenix Group has asked LLC ARCO to provide methodological and technical support to justify the application to the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region to become a resident of Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley SEZ with a project of metallurgical production.

ARCO specialists conducted pre-project work and calculations, prepared supporting materials (including a conceptual design of the future enterprise), prepared a business plan in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from 23.03.2006 N 75 (ed. from 05.04.2018. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia 10.04.2006 N 7671).

Materials, previously reviewed by the relevant ministries, have been submitted to the Expert Council of the Government of the Krai for the development of SEZ.

On February 22 an extended meeting of the Expert Council was held, at which A.M. Beleev, Director General of ARCO LLC, made a report on the project planned for implementation - design and construction of a non-ferrous metals recycling facility (mainly aluminum).

As a result of consideration of materials and detailed answers to questions of members of the Expert Council unanimously decided to support application of the Phoenix Group regarding construction of the metal recycling plant and it is recommended to the Government of the region to sign an agreement with LLC "Factory Phoenix" on conducting industrial activities in the SEZ.
