Amendments to the legislation

01.07.2017, amendments to the town-planning code introduced by the 372-FZ come into force, obliging developers to involve an independent technical customer which is a member of the self-regulating organization during the implementation of projects.

ARCO fully complies with the new requirements of the legislation, including the requirements for the availability of the required composition of responsible managers entered in the national register of specialists, whose presence is a mandatory requirement for self-regulating organization members from 01.07.2017.
