Possible areas of sectoral development of airport SEZ PPT on the basis of airports «Krasnoyarsk» and «Cheremshanka».

In April-June 2021 ARCO in collaboration with Grazhdanproekt Institute (Krasnoyarsk) by order of the Center of Transport Logistics has conducted analytical studies and a comprehensive assessment of the territory of airports "Krasnoyarsk" and "Cheremshanka", as a single aviation hub, and the surrounding area in the Yemelyanovsk district of Krasnoyarsk region on possible directions of industry development of the planned special economic zone of industrial-production type.

As a result of this work, the limitations of the territory and infrastructure were determined, promising industry projects were identified, the capital costs of creating infrastructure and the implementation of anchor projects were determined, the budgetary and social efficiency of the SEZ, the payback period of investment projects were assessed.

The development of the project to create an airport SEZ - aviation KPBA on the basis of the territories of Krasnoyarsk and Cheremshanka airports is part of a large investment program of Yenisei Siberia.
