General-assembly work at the facility of the resident LLC Henkon Siberia was completed. The object was connected to external networks and communications. The installation and commissioning of the main technological equipment and the withdrawal of engineering systems to work modes have been completed. Work on the installation of cranes on the crane tracks was carried out. Completed work on the improvement of the surrounding area. Construction has been completed in terms of construction schedule. In fact, construction was carried out from July 2023 to May 2025.

The technical customer of ARKO, on May 28, 2025, received a conclusion on the conformity of the constructed capital construction object, the requirements specified in part 16 of Article 54 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation. July 2, 2025 received permission from the Department of Urban Planning for No. 24-50-53-2025 to put the facility into operation. Construction was carried on the period established.
