The first meeting of the Expert Council for Industrial and Production Special Economic Zones under the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Region.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the region carried out a preliminary examination of resident business plans prepared by ARCO with the subsequent transfer for consideration by the Expert Council.

At the meeting of the Expert Council which took place on July 22, 2021 the Director General of ARCO Alexander Mikhailovich Believ made a detailed report on the contents of the projects of construction of the machine building enterprises of "Hencon Siberia" and "Spetstekhnomash" companies proposed for implementation. The members of the Expert Council unanimously decided to support the motioned projects of establishing machine building enterprises of "Hencon Siberia" (Netherlands) and "Spetstekhnomash" on the territory of the Special Economic Zone "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley". The third resident supported by the Expert Council was OOO "Siberian Aluminum Disks" with the project of construction of a new plant for production of cast aluminum disks.

At present, the companies have signed Agreements on industrial-production activity on the territory of SEZ, land plots for design and construction of production facilities have been preliminary secured. ARCO continues to represent the interests of the SEZ residents - Henkon Siberia and Spetstekhnomash. A large and intense work on design and construction of turnkey enterprises is ahead.
