JSC Spetstekhnomash started the active phase of implementation of the project for construction of a machine-building enterprise on the territory of SEZ Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley

ARCO® Company, performing the functions of Technical Customer (construction control), General Designer (author's supervision), according to the previously announced plans, started on 01.07.2023 the construction of the first stage of the machine-building plant of JSC Spetstechnomash for the production of technological and non-standardized equipment.

By the end of 2023 it is planned to perform all preparatory works and complete construction and installation works below the 0.000 mark (pile foundation, footings, etc.). In 2024, it is planned to complete 100% of general construction works, including installation of external and internal engineering networks (Stage I). The works planned for 2025 include completion of finishing works, installation of technological equipment, commissioning and landscaping.
