SEZ "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley", created in Krasnoyarsk, enjoys steady interest from companies representing various industries.

The company Phoenix Group has asked ARCO LLC to provide methodological and technical support for the justification of the project of metallurgical production in the SEZ. In the framework of contractual relations specialists of ARCO and Phoenix Group collected necessary technical, economic, environmental and other information. ARCO specialists carried out calculations and prepared materials substantiating the feasibility and economic efficiency (including a conceptual design of the future enterprise), prepared a business plan in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from 23.03.2006 N 75 (ed. from 05.04.2018) "On approval of the forms of business plans submitted for the conclusion (changes) of agreements on industrial and production (technology innovation) activities, the criteria for the selection of banks and other lending institutions for the preparation of opinions on business plans, the criteria for evaluation of business plans conducted by the Expert Council for Technology and Innovation Special Economic Zones" (registered with the Russian Ministry of Justice on 10.04.2006 N 7671).

Business plan as a part of the application materials Phoenix Group 20.12.2021 transferred to the Ministry of Economic Development of Krasnoyarsk Krai for the preliminary examination of materials and transfer to the Expert Council.
