ARCO® Company, which performs the functions of Technical Customer (construction supervision), General Designer (author's supervision), continues construction of the first stage of Henkon Siberia LLC machine-building enterprise for production of special technological transport. At present the main general construction works have been completed. The contractors for external and internal engineering systems have been contracted and financed. Construction is carried out in accordance with the Schedule.
