SEZ Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley. New resident LLC Krasmontazh.

The ARCO LLC company continues to actively engage in the involvement of new companies to the territory of the special economic zone of the PPT Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley. We, in accordance with the Federal Law “On Amendments to the Federal Law“ On Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation ”and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” dated August 4, 2023 No. 448-ФЗ, by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of April 01, 2024 No. 189 about the approval of the forms of an investment project and the financial model of the investment project attached to the application for the conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of the implementation industrially production activities, Decree of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory dated November 7, 2024 No. 855 “On approval of the criteria for evaluating the passport of an investment project and the financial model of an investment project when considering applications for the conclusion of activities on the territory of the PPT“ Krasnoyarsk Technological Dolina ”, substantiating materials for the application of Krasmonta LLC for the creation of the production of Krasmonta for the creation of the production On the territory of the SEZ.

On March 3, the application of Krasmontazh LLC and substantiating materials, including the FEM (financial and economic model) and the business plan of the project of the creation of a modern full cycle enterprise for the manufacture of construction metal structures and lifting equipment prepared by the ARCO LLC, were presented by the General Directors A. Beleev. members of the expert commission for the assessment of the investment project and the financial model with the participation of the Minister of Economics of the region Magdibur T.A. , Minister of Industry of the region Ermakov M.A., representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Territory, heads of regional branches of Sberbank and VTB Bank.

Based on the results of the consideration, a decision was made to support the project of LLC Krasmontazh (krasmon24.ru) and recommended to conclude a tripartite agreement with the government of the region and the management company on mutual obligations to implement the declared project in the territory of a special economic zone. This is the fifth company which ARCO helped to become a resident of the PPT SEZ Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley.

The implementation of the project begins in the first quarter of 2025 and will end in the fourth quarter of 2030.
