The year 2022 was an eventful and busy one for ARCO®, both in terms of the number and complexity of tasks to be solved and the workload of the company's own project department.
We previously reported on the beginning of partnership relations with the companies that became residents of the special economic zone "Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley" with technical and organizational support of ARCO® - JSC Spetstekhnomash, LLC Henkon Siberia, LLC Factory Phoenix, LLC GRAD, and LLC RusSilika - a resident of the special economic zone "Kulibin" (Nizhny Novgorod).
As part of the activities for the implementation of all resident's industrial projects, ARCO®, during the current year, acts as the General Designer and Technical Customer (Construction Control). By now design works are completed and positive conclusions of the expertise on design documents (and engineering surveys) for Spetstekhnomash Machine-Building Complex (registered in GIS USRZ system No. 24-2-1-2-080642-2022) and Stable Silica and Micronized Silica Gel Production Plant RusSilica LLC (registered in GIS USRZ system No. 52-2-1-3-073156-2022) have been received. The working documentation for these projects is being developed. Lease agreements for land plots located within the boundaries of the SEZ have been signed with the management company for all residents.
To start the active construction process of the Machine-Building Complex of JSC Spetstekhnomash the Construction Permit was received. Competitive procedures for the selection of the general contractor are being completed.
The customer RusSilica LLC received a construction permit on the territory of SEZ Kulibin.
The design documentation for the PD stage of the Hencon Siberia Machine Building Complex project is nearing completion and will be submitted to the expert organization for review in mid-December. At the end of January 2023 the task is to obtain a construction permit. Design work for the Phoenix Factory Aluminum Recycling Facility will be completed in early February 2023 and will also be sent out for review.
