LLC “ARKO” and JSC “Management Company “Center for Industrial Territory Development” signed a cooperation agreement.
On June 18, 2026, LLC “ARKO” and JSC “Management Company “Center for Industrial Territory Development” reached an agreement on cooperation by signing an official Strategic Partnership Agreement. The provisions of the Agreement are aimed at establishing long-term and effective cooperation between the companies.
The main goal of the partnership is to create favorable conditions for the development of residents of the SEZ PPT “Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley” and to enhance the overall investment attractiveness of the Special Economic Zone.
Pooling the resources and expertise of the Parties will enable the introduction of effective management practices, boost the attraction of Russian and international investors, and provide businesses with high-quality services as well as analytical and expert support in the field of design and construction.
The Agreement provides for cooperation between the Parties in the following areas:
- development of services, measures, programs, and products for SEZ residents;
- study and dissemination of best practices in SEZ management;
- assistance in attracting Russian and international partners for the implementation of investment projects within the SEZ;
- promotion of information about the SEZ’s potential within the investment community, including the joint organization of events to familiarize potential investors with the conditions for implementing investment projects and with support measures provided by various development institutions;
- exchange of analytical data and practical experience within the Parties’ areas of expertise.
