JSC “Management Company “Center for Industrial Territory Development”, LLC “Hencon Siberia” and LLC “ARKO” discussed updating the resident’s investment project.

On June 4, 2026, a working meeting was held between Alexander Beleev, General Director of LLC “ARKO”, Evgeny Afanasyev, General Director of the management company of the SEZ PPT “Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley” JSC “Management Company “Center for Industrial Territory Development”, and Karl Gerretsen, General Director of the current resident LLC “Hencon Siberia”.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the update of the resident’s investment project proposed by LLC “ARKO” and the possibility of amending the project’s investment passport and financial and economic model. Various project development options were considered, including the decision to focus resources on the effective implementation of the first two phases.

The management of the new management company of the SEZ PPT “Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley” JSC “Management Company “Center for Industrial Territory Development” confirmed its readiness to support the project and provide assistance within the existing mechanisms of support for residents of the special economic zone.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation and further explore possible support measures, the schedule of next steps, and the parameters for updating the project.
