Pre-project study with an estimate of the cost and timing of the project of construction of the Production building for CJSC “Spetstekhnomash”.

Since 1995, company CJSC “Spetstekhnomash” has been engaged in the production of mineral processing equipment and spare parts for it for coal industry, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, extraction of valuable minerals and gold, extraction of nonmetallic materials; equipment and spare parts for it for energy complex.

In September 2017, by the order of CJSC “Spetstekhnomash”, LLC “ARCO” implemented the works on pre-project development with a preliminary estimate of the cost and timing for implementation of the project “CJSC “Spetstekhnomash” Production Building”.

In the course of the work, the following tasks assigned to the team of LLC “ARCO” were successfully implemented:

1. A BIM model was developed for reconstruction of the existing production site with the arrangement of technological equipment;
2. Estimated calculations were made for a complex of works including inspection of the existing buildings and structures, development of the project documentation and overhaul of the existing buildings and structures, external communications of engineering and technical support, updating of engineering-geodetic and engineering-geological surveys, design of newly constructed buildings and structures, construction of the new buildings and structures.
3. Developed a network schedule of the project, linked by the timing and implementers of the project for the construction of the Production building of CJSC "Spetstekhnomash".
