Pre-project study with an estimate of the cost and timing of the construction of the facility - Production site "PromParkKrasPTM"

In 1990, on the basis of the Krasnoyarsk machine-building giant, PO “Krastyazhmash”, a specialized production of non-standard equipment was organized - Krasnoyarsk Enterprise of Technological Engineering - LLC “KrasPTM”. Now it is an efficient engineering and manufacturing complex.

By order of LLC “KrasPTM”, in order to expand the existing production, in February 2018, company LLC “ARCO” completed a set of works on basic engineering, including:

1. Development of the section “TX” (technological processes, regulations, specification of technological equipment, etc.)

2. Development of graphic materials for the construction of the facility - production site “PromParkKrasPTM”:

- Development of planning solutions, with the definition of the location for the object and points of connection to external networks of engineering and technical support;

- BIM model of a newly constructed building with the arrangement of technological equipment;

- Architectural and construction drawings for the newly constructed building, including general specifications of the scope of work for construction;

3. The development of a general estimate of the planned costs for the construction of a newly constructed facility, including:

- Estimated calculations of the cost of engineering and geodetic, engineering and geological surveys, development of the project documentation;

- Local estimates of the cost of construction of new external and internal communications of engineering and technical support, as well as overhaul of the existing ones.

4. Development of a network schedule for the implementation of the project, linked by the timing and implementers of the project for construction of the Production Site “PromParkKrasPTM”.
