Technical assessment of the possibility of reconstructing the Archive building in order to locate a laboratory of optics Joint-Stock Company “Polyus Krasnoyarsk”

In December 2017, by the request of Joint-Stock Company “Polyus Krasnoyarsk”, LLC “ARCO” completed technical assessment of the possibility of reconstructing the Archive building in order to locate a laboratory of optics and exploitation of electronic microscopes of the Research Center. During the work, the following tasks were implemented:

1. Baseline data for the design was collected;

2. The Archive premises were assessed for compliance with the permissible level of vibration, acoustic exposure and magnetic field exposure for further placement of the technological equipment of the optics laboratory;

3. A technical assignment for design was developed;

4. A detailed BIM model of the facility was developed, using the tools of the Autodesk Revit and Advanced Steel software systems. Calculations of the building fencing, engineering and technical support systems, and lighting were made. Developed options for layout solutions with the arrangement of technological equipment;

5. An assessment of the capital costs of the project was made;

6. A network schedule of the project was developed;
