Basic engineering for the technical assessment of the possibility of carrying out the Reconstruction of the Research Center (Phase 3) of the Joint-Stock Company “Polyus Krasnoyarsk”.

In February 2018, company LLC “ARCO”, as part of the basic engineering, completed the technical assessment of the possibility of carrying out the Reconstruction of the Research Center (Phase 3) of the Joint-Stock Company “Polyus Krasnoyarsk”.

During the technical assessment the following tasks were implemented:

1. A technical task for the design and conduction of engineering surveys was developed.

2. A technical survey was carried out on the existing building structures and communications of the Research Center in the amount necessary for the design and future safe operation of the building.

3. Conducted engineering surveys in accordance with the requirements of SP 47.13330.2012 and SP 11-104-97 sufficient to pass the examination of the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys.

4. Conducted engineering and geological surveys in accordance with the requirements of SP 47.13330.2012 and SP 11-105-97 sufficient to pass the examination of the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys.

5. The collection of baseline data for the design;

6. A detailed BIM model of the object was developed using the tools of Autodesk Revit, Advanced Steel, Robot Structural Analysis software. Calculations were made of the bearing capacity of the building structures, foundations, calculations of adjacent structures, engineering and technical support systems, and lighting. The options for the layout of technological equipment were developed;

7. An assessment of the capital costs of the project;

8. Developed a network schedule of the project, linked by time and performers.
