Creation of an enterprise for the processing of electronic scrap. Feasibility study

The goal of this given job was an integration of the full amount of information about the electronic scrap market, in order to fully involve it in the production change of the refinery production.

The first section of this project is a market evaluation. The total volume, volume of collection, the geography and distribution of the volume and refining. The components and morphology of electronic scrap. Global and local trends of market development. Forecasts.

The second section— technologies for processing electronic scrap. Pros and cons of each technology were evaluated, material balances were created, equipment and suppliers were chosen and capital expenditures were calculated.

The third section was dedicated to the potential partners and competitors on the market of resource processing. Volumes, technologies, prices and terms of service were all evaluated.

The fourth section was dedicated to the government regulations surrounding the market of electronic scrap. International experience and the practice of implementing utilized collection were examined. The utilized collection in the Russian Federation, the potential of its implementation and the potential impact on all market participants were examined.

The fifth section was the feasibility study for creating an enterprise for processing the electronic scrap (EPES) using two technologies, which were compared between each other.

The sixth section was dedicated to the evaluation of the most likely partner for implementing this project and for evaluating the potential production sites.
