Integrated Diagnostics on the Activity of the Road Transport Division of Krascvetmet JSC

The goal of this job was an analysis of the activity of the road transport division and the creation of methods to improve effectiveness.

During the first stage, marketing research was conducted on the road transport services in Krasnoyarsk City.

During the second stage, an integrated audit of the road transport division was performed. Within the framework of the audit, work was completed on analyzing the expenses and the financial results, on profitability, on use of the main funds and working resources. Situational and SWOT analyses were performed and methods were developed to improve effectiveness. Also, the risks of restructuring were analyzed and the project of restructuring the road transport division was proposed.
