The goal of this job was the analysis of the affiliated company of the Client and the creation of methods to ensure the increase in business effectiveness.

Within the framework of the job, an integrated diagnostic of the affiliated company was performed. Work was done on analyzing the production and business activities, revenues, expenses, the use of the main funds and working resources. Financial analysis was performed. The business was evaluated and methods for improving effectiveness and increasing capitalization were developed.
