Integrated Diagnostics of the Universal Sports Complex “TENNIS HALL”

The goal of this job was the analysis of the activity of this division of the company and the development of methods to improve effectiveness of the universal sports complex TENNIS HALL business activities.
During the first stage, marketing research was performed on fitness services in Krasnoyarsk. The global and Russian experience were studied and the main tendencies of the development of these kinds of services were identified.
During the second stage, an integrated audit was performed on the universal sports complex. Within the framework of the audit, work was done on analyzing the revenue, expenses, the use of main funds and work resources. A situational and SWOT analyses were conducted and methods for improving effectiveness were developed.
