Development of the Monocrystalline Silicon Production

The goal of this work was to analyze the activity of the company’s divisions that product monocrystalline silicon and to develop methods to improve effectiveness.
During the first stage, marketing studies of the resources and finished goods markets were conducted. Global experience was examined, as were the primary tendencies of development for this form of business.
During the second stage, an integrated audit of the monocrystalline silicon production was conducted. Within the framework of this audit, work was conducted on analyzing the profit side, the expense side, and the cost of the commodity products, as well as the use of the main funds and working resources. An analysis of the financial results of activity was also performed.
Options for growing production were developed and a feasibility study was created for each option. The production of the monocrystalline silicon was spun off into a separate business.
